A: CitySights LA operates brand new, open-top, double-decker tour buses. With open top seating, all guests experience the exciting sights and sounds of Los Angeles from the best seats in the city! Under each seat, a state-of-the art public address system allows guests to sit back, soak up the sunshine and learn about the city’s unique history from a knowledgeable onboard guide.

When the sun goes down and temperature drops, heat coils in the top deck provide comfort for all guests. On the Movie Star Homes Loop, you’ll explore the residential area of Beverly Hills in an open-top van. This open-top van allows the driver to navigate guests down the narrow streets of Beverly Hills and enjoy an up-close view of Hollywood’s most famous celebrities’ homes! Q: What does Hop-on, Hop-off mean?hop on hop off bus tours
A: Hop-on, hop-off means you can hop-off the bus at any of the specified tour stops on the CitySights LA map. Hop-off, walk around, and explore the area around tour stops as much as you’d like. When you’re ready to continue your tour, return to a tour stop and hop-on the next bus that arrives. You have unlimited hop-on, hop-offs during the specified hours for each tour. Buses approach each stop approximately every 30 minutes.

Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Our CitySights LA tours do not require a reservation, but some of our tour partners do require reservations - please check the tour details for additional information. .

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: For internet bookings on our website we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and the Discover Card. For group bookings made by email, phone or fax, the same credit cards are accepted.

Q: I can't print out my online vouchers / I don't have a printer!
A: You will receive a confirmation email once you purchase online. The email will include your reservation number, plus the address of our visitor center. If you can't print out the email either, please write down the reservation numbers, and then bring them with you with proper ID to our Info/Ticketing booth located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd (Grauman's Chinese Theater)

Q: Where do I take my vouchers to pick up my tickets?
A: Bring your vouchers(s) with your proper ID to our Info/Ticketing booth located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd (Grauman's Chinese Theater).Look for our agents in yellow t-shirts with red CitySights LA logos. We will redeem your vouchers for your tickets there. If you don't have your vouchers with you, please write down the reservation numbers, and bring them with proper ID to the visitor center. PLEASE arrive early to avoid long lines. Ticket-holders for attractions other than the bus tours, please follow instructions on the voucher once you have completed your purchase.

Q: How long are the tours?
A: Tours are approximately 2.5 hrs

Q: What if it rains?
A: CitySights LA operates open top, double-decker buses so that everyone can have the best views of the city. Ponchos will be provided when it is raining. .

Q: How are refunds and exchanges handled?

A: All refund requests must be made in writing to CitySights LA, Customer Service Department, 214 West 50th Street New York NY 10019. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the tour and must include ticket receipt for tour(s) purchased. No requests will be considered without your ticket and proof of purchase. Any refunds due will be made by mail. Refunds are not available on unused segments of a tour or unused admissions.

Q: Do you provide group discounts?
A: Groups of 10 or more are entitled to a 10% discount on CitySights LA tours. .

Q: What are your age requirements for children?
A: Children under 11 years of age, accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, travel complimentary on our CitySights LA tours.
